Start with room size and layout
Screen size follows viewing distance: the farthest seat should be no more than 4–6 times the screen height away. Displays and content sharing
Interactive flat panels suit collaborative rooms; commercial displays suit presentation rooms — the trade-offs are in interactive displays vs projectors. Add wireless presentation so guests share without cables.
Audio is make-or-break
