Image quality and ambient light
Flat panels stay bright and readable in daylight; projectors wash out unless the room is dimmed. In naturally lit rooms — common in Nepal — panels win clearly.
Interactivity and collaboration
Panels bring touch, annotation and built-in whiteboarding with no calibration. This is why they dominate modern classrooms and meeting rooms.
Cost over the life of the system
A projector plus screen can be cheaper upfront, but lamps, filters and bulb replacements add up, and colour fades. A panel costs more on day one but needs almost no consumables — often cheaper across five years.
